We create and ship personalized Christmas letters designed to look like they came from Santa. Each letter is customized based on your specifications and printed on quality paper, then shipped to your address.

Please review your letter carefully before ordering.
While we review each letter before printing to catch any obvious issues, you are responsible for ensuring all names, addresses, and messages are spelled correctly. We cannot offer refunds or reprints for spelling errors that were present in your original order.
Shipping is included in the $39.99 USD physical letter price. Delivery times vary by destination.
New mailed-letter orders and checkouts for Christmas 2026 close on December 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Ordering before this cutoff does not guarantee arrival before Christmas. Print-at-home PDFs remain available after mailed orders close.
We aim to ship your letter within 2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
We're not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, incorrect addresses you provided, or issues beyond our control. If your letter doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Before we print: Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We'll issue a full refund if we haven't started printing yet.
After we print: We can't offer refunds once your letter has been printed and shipped, unless there was an error on our part (wrong customization, printing defect, etc.).
If you receive a damaged or incorrect letter due to our mistake, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these terms.
Our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We're not liable for any indirect damages or consequences arising from using (or not being able to use) our service.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the new terms.
