When you order a letter, we collect:

• Your letter customization (envelope title, address, message)
• Shipping address (via Stripe at checkout)
• Payment info (handled securely by Stripe - we never see your card)

We save your form progress in your browser so you don't lose your work. We also record page visits, IP addresses, browser information, and referrers to understand site usage and operate the service.

How We Use It

We use your information to personalise, prepare, and deliver your order, provide support, and understand site usage. Real delivery details are collected at checkout separately from the decorative address on the letter's envelope. For print-at-home orders, your PDF is available after payment.

Who We Share With

We do not sell your data. Ever.

We use Stripe for payments and collecting delivery details. We may send order details to Zapier to coordinate order processing and to our shipping provider to deliver physical letters.
